How do I get started with Flota Ime?

To get started, you need to sign a service agreement with us. Once the contract is signed, your account will be set up and login credentials will be provided to you. From there, you can log in and begin managing your fleet right away.

How do I create an account?

Accounts are created through our service agreement process. Individual user accounts cannot be self-registered. After your contract is signed, your administrator will receive login credentials and can then set up additional staff accounts through the management portal.

How do I add a vehicle to my fleet?

Once logged in, navigate to the fleet management section. From there you can add vehicles by entering details such as make, model, registration number, and vehicle category. Each vehicle can be assigned to a fleet and tracked individually.

How do I manage bookings?

Use the reservations section to create, view, and manage bookings. You can filter by date range, status, or client. Each reservation tracks pickup and drop-off details, pricing, and any extras added to the booking.
